Giveaway: Halloween Treat Prize Pack

It's almost Halloween. I am a huge fan of dressing up, acting like someone else, and wearing gaudy jewelry and make-up. I also love to read books that are scary and creepy. I've read a few books lately that fit this category. And now, I'm going to give one to you!

Here's what you can win:

Generation Dead by Daniel Waters
A Zombies Eat Flesh Button
A Bookmark with Skulls

Here's what you need to do to win:

Leave a comment answering: What are you giving out for candy this year? I never have anyone stop at my house, so I'm giving out this prize pack. But, I'd like to know what you're doing.

Make sure to leave your email so that I can contact you. This giveaway is only open to US residents; international folks, I promise to have something for you very soon.
Closes 10/31 at midnight EST.

  3. I'm probably going to be trick or treating so we'll probably have fun size candy bars like Kit Kat, Snickers, Hershey's, and more.

  4. Oooo - what a fun giveaway! I'll be giving out Kit-Kats and Nerds. I love Nerds but they are so tart I can only handle the mini-boxes at a time. So the mini-sizes will perfect for the trick-or-treaters and me too!

  5. I probably won't hand anything out. We usually only get about 3 or 4 kids the entire night.
    throuthehaze at gmail dot com

  6. My sisters and I will probably pass out Pixie Sticks, they went over really well last year (so sad, I didn't get any). ^_^

  7. I'll probably be giving out butterfingers this year. Mmmmmm my favorite. :)

  8. Handfuls of the little bite size Snickers, Milky Way, Three Musketeers, and Twix. Woohoo! Now I just have to hope I don't eat too many. :)

  11. Thanks for this awesome giveaway! I am giving out Butterfingers, which is not good, because we bought them ahead of time and they are calling my name! :)

  12. I'm not eligible for the giveaway but would just like to say it seems a fun thing to do.

  13. Thanks for the giveaway! I'm giving out lollipops and chocolate, I haven't bought it yet but that's usually what I give out. It has to be a little bit of chocolate because that's what I love to eat. =)

  14. We don't get many trick or treaters where we live so we always get king size candy bars for the few that do make it.

  15. At Michaels (the craft store) you can get like 15 glow bracelets for $1 in their dollar aisle. I get a bunch of those every year and pass out those. It's different and safe and non-fattening. We get bajillions of kids in our neighborhood!

  19. We aren't giving anything...we aren't doing the trick-or-treating part of the night. My husband works that night and my daughter goes to bed at 7pm so I will have the lights out!

  20. Fun giveaway! This is the first year we've lived in a neighborhood with children. We'll probably go with fun-size candy bars (the good ones of course!) if we're home. Since we don't have kids, we go out for Halloween a lot and enjoy eating in a relatively empty restaurant!

  21. I am giving out mini chocolate bars this year. Milky Way and Twix

    cindyc725 at gmail dot com

  22. Ah well, I have a few waves:
    1) for the babies, toddler approved suckers
    2) for the kiddies, little orange baggies (tied with green strong a la pumpkins) of cool erasers and chocolates
    3) for the older kids - a black baggie with a quote from Edgar Allen Poe and a few treats.

I am committed to Halloween! :)

  23. Probably going to do the same thing as last year and give out giant Pixy Stix. Mmm, giant Pixy Stix... On second thought, maybe I'll keep those and give the trick-or-treaters something else. ;)

    Great contest! :)

  24. Sadly I live in an apartment building with a security door, so I do not get trick-or-treaters. If I were to give out Candy though, I'd chose one of those variety backs that has tootsie rolls and sugar candies too; can't give out the ones where I'd want to keep

    jlynettes @ hotmail . com

  25. Tootsie Rolls so I can eat them all! :)

    foltzsfantasticbooks at

  26. I always try to have a variety of goodies. Tootsie Rolls, Dots, Tootsie Pops, and lots of chocolate: Milky Ways, Snickers, and Twixts. All of which my grandson love!

    Thanks for the giveaway!

  27. I'll probably stick with the classics, mini M & M's, mini snickers, and definitely Reese's peanut butter cups. Although I do love the latter, so I *might* have a difficult time parting with those ;)

    Thanks for the amazing giveaway!

  28. What a fun giveaway! I will be giving away a variety of chocolate candies: snickers, reeses, nestle crunch, M&M's...all smaller sized, of course. :-)

  29. No one ever comes to my house either. I found that out last year when I made a ton of treat bags and only gave out a handful.

This year I'm bringing candy to my moms and my kids are trick or treating there. I'm bringing the following: Snickers, Milky Way, 3 Musketeers, Twix, Starbursts, Skittles Fizzies(?), M&M's, and M&M's Peanut.
